One: For Buying directly from our stocks and don't need to cutomize it:
1. Choose the product
Browse the categaries and products. Find what you want and would like to buy.
2. Use the shopping cart
Click on the "Add to cart" button. You will shift to Paypal's safe shopping cart page.
3. Continue Shopping
If you want to buy more than one product, click on the "Continue Shopping" button.
4. Check out
After you put all you want in the shopping cart, click "Proceed to Checkout" button,
5. Make payment with Paypal
If you have a Paypal account, you may only need to login to your account and send money to us. If you do not
have a Paypal account, you will be presented a credit card payment form in a secure page. Fill in your credit
card information and billing address and click on "Continue Checkout" button. If the payment is
success, you will return to a Thank-you page.
6. Waiting for the package to arrive.
After the payment is made you will soon receive a email response from us, then we will pack your staff and
send the package to you via EMS, TNT, etc, which is safe and fast.
Two: For Customizing your unique painting:
1. Contact us with inquiry form. Tell us what you require.
2. Get reply in 0.5-23.5 hrs.
3. When everything is dicussed and you accept the price and painting days from our customer service person,
they will send you a payment guide to tell you how to pay. Normally it includes 2 paying methods online: 1)
signing in your paypal account and send the money directly in Paypal to our account
pay@inkdancechinesepaintings.com. 2) Use our special payment link which our customer service particularly
create for you to pay with paypal account or credit card.
4. When the artist finish painting, our customer service will send you a picture immediately to see if it is
totally satisfied or not by you. Normally almost all of the painting are great and accepted by our customers
because they are painted based on the original composition and the original artists. But if you have some
opinions or other ideas, our artists will revise it, even redone the painting untill you are satisfied with
it.
5. After you confirm the picture taken for the painting, our customer service will send the painting via EMS,
TNT, etc, and then send you the online tracking number.
