Zhao Jian Yu's Biography & Awards:

Zhao Jian Yu, 赵建宇，太极居士，1959年生，祖籍“河洛文化”发源地河南省洛宁县，陈氏太极拳第十二代传人。1988年河南省书法函授院研修生班毕业，并获临帖竞赛二等奖。指导老师是现任中国书法家协会主席张海先生，从此笔耕不辍，遍临柳、颜、欧、褚、魏碑和大小篆 、隶、汉简体，行书临王羲之、颜真卿、欧阳询、黄廷坚等。
操拳太极，运笔书法，习国学诗文，观大千世界，行万里河山，修身心至于道。
