Yang Chun's Biography & Awards:
Yang Chun, native of Longsheng county of Guangxi Province that was born in 1950. Majored in landscape painting, Yang graduated from Guangxi Arts Institute in 1980, and became a professional painter and part of Guangxi Artists Assiciation afterwards. Coupling strength and gentleness in every stroke, his painting present the feeling of plain and elegant.杨春，男，1950年生，广西龙胜人。1980年毕业与广西艺术学院，系广西美术家协会会员，专业画家。专攻山水，用笔刚柔相济，雄健苍润，画风雄沉，浑厚。
In 1993, Yang won Gold Award of Golden Dragon National Competition of Calligraphy&Painting& Seal Cutting;
In 1994, Yang was given first prize of World Peace Fine Arts Competition that includes artists from twelve countries and regions. At the same year, his paintings were embodied in “Collection of Excellent Works of Comtemporary Calligraphers and Painters”;
In 2000, his work was given Excellence Awards of 1st Chinese Painting Exhibition, and was embodied in “Anthology of Calligraphy and Painting of Famous Artists of China”;
In 2004, the painting “Li River in Misty Rain” was donated to 2004 China-ASEAN Expo, that was sold at USD 20,000.
1993年在“金龙奖全国书画篆刻大赛”中获金奖；
1994年在有12个国家和地区参加的“国际和平书画大赛”中获一等奖。
1994年国画作品被收入〈当代书画家精品集〉。
2000年作品参加首届中国画艺术大展获精品奖，作品入编〈中国名家书画集〉；
2004年作品〈漓江烟雨〉捐献“2004中国-东盟博览会”以2万美元售出。
