Xing Pei Ju Shi, 衍裴居士，女，1978年生，天津人，当代青年最具实力派的画家之一，中国书画家协会会员。《中国美术杂志》国画创室画家。擅长工笔花鸟，人物，多年来从事工笔画的创作，有扎实的传统笔墨功夫和理论修养，尤其在诗词方面更是显著，其作品大量融入中西元素富有强烈的感情色彩。常赴世界各地大量写生采风及创作。她是一位在佛书艺术上孜孜追求的佛教画家。經過多年的不懈努力，部分的佛教书作被美国波士頓博物館收藏，《如來佛》被馬來西亞佛學會收藏，展於該協會佛教博物館；《观音送子》被新加坡國立圖書館收藏；《觀世音像》被斯坦福大學美術館收藏；《水月觀音像》被台湾居士請至家中佛堂供奉；有另佛畫作品被日本、韓國、美國、印度、泰國、尼泊爾等國家的佛教信徒和佛畫愛好者珍藏。
