Xie Xiang's Biography & Awards:
Xie Xiang, was born in Chenqiu county of Henan province in 1940. His old name is Jiu Xiang. He is a member of China Agedness Painting and Calligraphy Research Institute, a member of Henan Artists Association, a member of Henan Musicians Association, a member of Henan National Artists Association, a member of Henan birds&flowers Research Institute and vice president of Henan Oriental Painting and Calligraphy Academy. Most of his paintings are flowers, especially good at painting penoy. His representative works “Chun Man Shen Zhou”, “Shou-map”, “Shi Shi Ru Yi” and “Autumn Elegant” took part in many exhibitions and won prizes. He published a monograph on Chinese painting title arts. This book has illustrated features.
谢祥，原名久祥，1940年生于河南省沉丘县老城镇。中国老年书画研究会会员，河南省美术家协会会员，河南省音乐家协会会员，河南省国画家协会会员，河南省花鸟研究会会员，河南省东方中国书画院副院长。中国画以花卉為主，尤工牡丹，代表作《春满神州》、《大寿图》、《事事如意》、《唐人诗意》、《暗香浮动》、《居高声自远》、《战地黄花分外香》、《荣华富贵图》、《秋韵》等分别在国内外重大赛事中参展并获奖，出版专著有《中国画题款艺术》，此书图文并茂，选图精妙。论之有理，持之有据，深入浅出的把提款艺术的理论和实践，阐述的淋漓尽致。
