Wei Zhao Hua's Biography & Awards:

Wei Zhao Hua, born in Yongfu county of Guangxi in1943. He was very fond of painting from the cradle, and especially skilled in creating plum blossom painting. From the small size to huge size, all the composition are carefully arranged, appearing tastefully and masterly. Various types of plum blossom are all exquisite and pretty. The simple and vigorous color, the distinctive and robust shape, everything seems so fascinating.

He participated in national, provincial, municipal and prefectural art exhibition and won prizes. A number of his works was included in various kinds of album of paintings, and collected by numerous organs, groups and individual.

Now he’s the member of Guilin Artists Association, librarian of Guangxi Research Institute of Culture and History, the subdecanal of Xi Lin Art Academy.


韦兆华，男，壮族，1943年生于广西永福。自幼酷爱绘画，尤擅梅花创作，从小幅构图到巨幅创作，画面均精心安排，用笔考究，构图雅致巧妙，各种类型的梅花皆清俊高雅，造型独具风骨，墨色浑厚，韵味悠长。

作品参加全国、省、市、县美展并获奖，多幅作品入编各种美术画册，并为众多机关、团体、个人收藏。

现为桂林美术家协会会员，广西文史馆馆员，广西西林画院副院长。
