Li Wan's Biography & Awards:

Li Wan, born in Guilin. He was graduated from Guangxi Normal University Art Department in 1995, and took a further improvement in Guangzhou Art Academy Chinese Painting Department in 1999. He went through two decades of hardships; merge the Western and Eastern painting skills into his own creation and characters. Because of the unique characters of his peony painting, he was granted the title of “Austral Peony King”.

He now is the sub decanal of Guilin Ya Park Painting and Calligraphy Institute, member of Guangxi Art Association, vice-chairman of Contemporary Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Seminar, director of Chinese Calligraphy Artists Association, National First Class Artist.

His works were published on many books such as 'Dictionary of Chinese contemporary Painter', 'World Expo of Chinese art', 'Dictionary of Chinese Talent', 'Century Artist Biography', 'International painter Works', 'International painter Works', 'Artist Magazine', 'Artists', 'Art and Collection'.

李万，出生桂林，95年毕业于广西师大美术系，99年研修于广州美院国画系，历二十年艰难曲折磨练，融汇中西方绘画技艺，炼成自己画作的个性与特色。因牡丹花鸟画独具特色被书画界朋友赞称为“南国牡丹王”。

李万现为桂林雅园书画院副院长、广西省美协会员，中国当代书画艺术研究会副会长、中国书法美术家协会理事，国家壹级美术师，获得中国花鸟四百强、当代书画名家、跨世纪艺术家、国际艺术家的荣誉和称号。

作品入编《中国当代书画名家大辞典》、《世界华人艺术精品博览》、《中国人才辞典》、《世纪艺术家传略》、《国际书画家全集》、《艺术家杂志》、《艺术家》、《艺术与收藏》等十多部有影响力的书籍，许多作品被国内外众多机构和藏家珍藏。
