He Peng, 何文强，别名何鹏，号小草堂，1957年厦门人，福建省书协会员，厦门市书协理事。师承著名书法家白鸿、韩天衡先生门下，数年潜心钻研、作品多次入选全国性及国际书画展并获奖(08年获得书法杂志500强)。并收入〈中国书法全集〉等专集及被博物馆收藏。作品，在原来金农漆书苍古沉雄、形同漆匠用扁刷刷出来的方整浓黑的基础上，吸收了石门颂、汉简、简帛线条流畅、自然、古拙等特点，形成有别与古人的艺术风格。在貌似严厉的字体下面，蕴含着质扑敦厚、天真无饰的艺术真趣，具有很高的观赏价值和装饰韵味。
