Fu Qi Liang, 傅其良，1970年出生，祖籍福建仙游县.现为中国艺术家协会会员，中国神州画院特聘画师。

自小喜欢画画，受李耕画派的影响，尤工古典人物画，对仙佛、高士的题材有独到的创意。他作画笔法超脱老练，形、神、韵三者兼备。笔力苍劲，造型洒脱，构图新颖，寓意深邃。因为长期在广东福建创作壁画，故他的画风自成一格，受东南亚收藏家的热爱。

Fu Qi Liang, born in Xianyou County, Fujian Province in 1970. Currently he is a member of the Chinese Artists Association and a special appointed artist at China Shenzhou Painting Academy.

He was fond of painting from childhood. Affected by Li Geng style, he is good at classical figure paintings and have original ideas on the subject of immortal Buddha and excellent persons. With skillful brushwork, his artwork has both form, spirit and rhyme. His paintings have strong brush-work and novel conceptions, novel composition and impressive & deep meaning.
