Feng Yong Jian, 冯勇建,1970年出生于河南濮阳。北京大学研究生毕业，现为中国国际书画研究会会员，河南省书法协会会员，河南省濮阳市书画协会理事，濮阳市浩瀚书画院副院长。 2002年曾拜书画大师崔振帮先生为师学习国画，擅长画虾，作品酣畅淋漓，浑然天成，雅俗共赏，富有生机勃勃之感。

2006年拜中国刀画创始人任京宝先生为师，学习用各种不同的刀具在宣纸或铜版纸上写字，既有软笔的效果，又有硬笔的风格，既像字又像画，其作品欣赏性强，妙趣横生，书写行笔如行云流水，如刀劈斧凿般刚劲有力，形成独特的刀笔书法，形象逼真，刀笔传神，自成一派。

作品先后四十多次参加全国及省市书法大赛，三十多次获优秀奖，十多次获二，三等奖，并分别获金，银，铜奖各一项。

书法作品和个人传略被编入《纪念王铎逝世350周年书证大赛作品集》，《新世纪中国书画名家精品宝典》，《中国当代美术书法家》，《功在千秋扶贫书画集》，《慈善书画全集》，《世界华人艺术》等。

多次赴深圳，香港，台湾，日本，新加坡，美国等十多个国家和地区展出，作品曾被国内众多艺术机构和国际友人所珍藏。

作品多次在专业报刊杂志发表，是当代极具实力的书画艺术家。


Feng Yong Jian was born in 1970 in Puyang, Henan Province. He graduated from Beijing University as a graduate student. He is a member of China International Painting and Calligraphy Research Association, a member of Henan Province Calligraphy Association, a director of Henan Province Puyang Painting and Calligraphy Association, and the vice dean of Puyang Haohan Painting and Calligraphy Institute. In 2002, he studied Chinese painting under the master of painting and calligraphy Mr. Cui Zhen Bang. He is good at drawing shrimps, and his works are hearty, smooth, natural, elegant, and full of vitality.

In 2006, he studied under the founder of Chinese knife-painting named Mr. Ren Jingbao. He learned to write on rice paper and coated paper with a variety of different knives, with both the effect of soft strokes and the style of hard strokes, resembling both calligraphy and painting. His works are highly appreciated and interesting, and his calligraphy is flowing and graceful, which is as strong and vigorous as an axe and chisel. It’s forming a unique style of calligraphy with realistic images and divine knives and his own style.

His works have participated in more than forty national, provincial and municipal calligraphy competitions, winning more than thirty awards of excellence, more than ten awards of second and third prizes, and one gold, silver and bronze award each.

His calligraphic works and personal biographies have been compiled into the "Commemoration of the 350th Anniversary of Wang Duo's Death", "Boutique Dictionary of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting in the New Century", "Contemporary Chinese Artists and Calligraphers", "Collection of Calligraphy and Painting for centurial Poverty Alleviation", "Collection of Charity Calligraphy and Painting" and "World Chinese Art".

His works have been exhibited in Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, the United States and other countries and regions, and have been treasured by many domestic art institutions and international friends.

His works have been published in professional newspapers and magazines for many times. He is an extremely powerful contemporary calligraphy and painting artist.
