Zhao Qiao Fa Chinese Bamboo Painting Artists

Zhao Qiao Fa's Biography & Awards:

Zhao Qiao Fa, born in Yangshuo county of Guangxi, a professional painter.

He studied painting from a child and was once taught by famous master Li Zhen Ou of plum blossom and bamboo painting and inherited the legacy of him. He skilled in landscape and flower&bird painting, especially perfect in plum blossom and bamboo painting. His plum blossom and bamboo works are grand and magnificent, vividly showing the vigorousness of plum blossom and the nobleness of bamboo.

He produce painted fans and sell them, hailed as the "The Great Painted Fan Maker".

Since 1995, "Traveler ", "Gallery of Calligraphy and Painting", " Half Hour of Economic News", "Around China" and other columns of CCTV as well as the film crew of Asian TV of Hong Kong, Korea TV, Taiwan TV, Guangxi TV and Guilin TV successively had been to Zhao Jia Qiao to interview Zhao Qiao Fa and produce program.

The Xinhua News Agency, "People's Daily", "China Daily", "Guangming Daily", "Guangxi Daily"and "Guilin Daily" had interviewed then reported. In addition, all levels of leaders of the Ministry of Culture of PRC, Gunagxi Autonomous Region and Guilin municipal government visited his workshop. Zhang Wen Xue, the vice chairman of Guangxi Autonomous Regions handwritten four characters "Getting Rich By Working Hard" and gifted to Zhao Qiao Fa.

His work "The Bamboo Rafts on Li River" once won honorable mention in China international Calligraphy and Painting Great Prix Competition.



赵桥发，广西阳朔人，职业画家。

自幼习画，曾师从梅竹画大师黎振欧，得其真传。山水花鸟俱佳，尤精梅花、翠竹，其梅竹作品大气磅薄，传神的表现出梅花的刚劲，翠竹的高洁。

自己经营制作画扇，被誉为“扇画大王”。

从1995年至今中央电视台的《旅行家》、《书坛画苑》、《经济半小时》、《东西南北中》等栏目以及香港亚洲卫视台、韩国电视台、台湾电视台、广西电视台、桂林电视台等摄制组都曾先后到赵桥发家采访、摄制；

新华社、《人民日报》、《中国日报》、《光明日报》、《广西日报》及《桂林日报》也曾采访报导。此外，中央文化部、自治区、桂林市等各级领导也曾亲临赵桥发家视察指导。自治区副主席张文学视察后亲笔题词“勤劳致富”四个大字。

画作《漓江帆影》曾获中国国际书画大奖赛荣誉奖。
