Zhang Xian Yang, 张显扬,男，1928年出生于安徽泗县城内。1949年6月考入华东军大。1952年调入北京地质学院，1981年批准中华人民共和国地质矿产工程师职称。1984年参加三明市老年书画协会,次年选为副会长。
自幼爱好文史,11岁时曾跟叔祖张启后先生(前清翰林)学习欧体字。离休后致力于传统文化的发扬和研究。潜心研究书法，甲骨、金石、大、小篆、隶、魏、楷、行、草等均涉猎，编著《伟大的祖国》、《庄子、列子故事选》、《草书字典》等；在书法方面,转益多师,遍临历代碑帖;书法作品多次在省内外获奖。
