Wen Jian Hai's Biography & Awards:

Wen Jian Hai, 文建海，艺名文墨，自幼酷爱书画，主攻花鸟，尤喜欢梅兰竹菊，投师于花鸟名家崔相贤、高冠华弟子冯训文为师，与著名国画名家吴东魁是同门师兄弟。

现任国家人事部中国书画人才研修中心高级研修员，东方文化艺术研究中心一级画师，北京华人京都书画艺术研究院高级书画师，山东省菏泽市牡丹美术研究院院士。

近几年来，其作品连续在“中日邦交正常化三十周年中日书画展”“首届炎帝魂中国书画作品大赛”“纪念联合国文化遗产年——世界遗产在中国艺术作品展”“第三届世界华人书画大赛”等国内国外大展赛中入选和获奖。


Wen Jianhai, stage name is Wenmo, loves painting and calligraphy since childhood, mainly specializing in flowers and birds, especially the plum blossoms, orchids, bamboo and chrysanthemums. He studied under the famous flower and bird masters Cui Xiangxian and Feng Xinwen, a disciple of Gao Guanhua, and is a fellow disciple of Wu Dongkui, a famous master of Chinese painting.


He is now a senior trainee of the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Talent Training Center of the Ministry of Personnel, a first-class painter of the Oriental Culture and Art Research Center, a senior calligrapher of the Beijing Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Institute of Kyoto, and an academician of the Peony Art Research Institute of Heze City, Shandong Province.


In recent years, his works have been selected and won awards in the "Thirtieth Anniversary of the Normalization of Sino-Japanese Diplomatic Relations" Sino-Japanese Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition, "China-Japan Diplomatic relations normalization 30th anniversary China-Japan Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition", "The first Yandi Soul Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Competition", "Commemorating the United Nations Cultural Heritage Year -- World Heritage in Chinese Art Exhibition", "The Third World Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Competition" and other major domestic and international exhibitions.
