Tang Jing Wen's Biography & Awards:

Tang Jing Wen, was born in 1967 in Guilin, Guangxi province. Now he is a professional painter. He graduated from the art department of Guangxi Normal University. He loves the arts of calligraphy and painting very much since his childhood and laid a strong traditional foundation. By the deep influence of the famous painter Shuai Ligong, his artworks were delicate,fresh, elegant and had fine details. His landscape paintings mainly displayed the long-distance views combined with close-distance views and expressed the aesthetic feelings of life and reality, stirsing up people’s feelings that never feel boring.

In 1992, he became a member of Guilin Artists Association.
In 1994, won the bronze prize in the 1st “Huanghe-Cup” China Calligraphy and Painting Competition.
In 1997, won the second prize in the 2nd “Xiangjiang-Cup” Guilin Calligraphy and Painting Competition.
In 2004, won the second prize in the 1st “Tongjun-Cup Loving My Homeland” Calligraphy and Painting Competition.
In 2004, won the bronze prize in the National Calligraphy and Painting Competition to commemorate Deng Xiaoping’s 100th Birthday on October, and his artwork was edited into the winning entries collection.
In 2005, his artwork "The Romantic Charm of Li River" won the excellent award in the 1st “Yangzhou Eight Monsters Cup” National Calligraphy and Painting Competition on June, and was collected by the host unit.

1967年生，广西桂林人，职业画家，毕业于广西师范大学艺术系。自幼酷爱书画艺术，传统功底扎实，深受著名画家帅立功的影响，作品细腻精到，格调高雅清新，山水画多以近、远景相互映衬，寄托生活与现实的美感，使人有种触景生情，永无厌倦的感觉。

1992年加入桂林市美术家协会；
1994年在首届“黄河杯”中国书画大赛中荣获铜奖；
1997年在桂林市第二届“湘江杯”纪念毛泽东诞辰100周年书画大奖赛中荣获二等奖；
2004年6月在首届“桐君杯” 爱我家园书画大赛中荣获二等奖；
2004年10月在“纪念邓小平诞辰100周年全国书画大奖赛”中获铜奖，并入编大赛获奖作集；
2005年6月，作品《漓江神韵》在首届“扬州八怪杯全国书画大奖赛”中获精品奖并被主办单位收藏。
