Shui Yun's Biography & Awards:
Shui Yun, came from Jiangsu and graduated from Tianjing Academy of Fine Arts. During her college education, she was working hard on the theory of painting and traveling to many famous rivers and moutains in China for many times. She sketched from nature to try to conjoin the theory and practice. She especially likes painting the natural scenery of the fields and mountain area.
By the influence of the times, her aesthetics of art is changing. She tried to find and understand the interest of nature on the new position and viewpoint, and expressed her own feelings to the new times by painting the natural scenery. She boldly took the advantages of the Western paintings and conjoined the traditional techniques of Chinese paintings. All these made her artworks filled with lingering charm and poetic flavour.
Her artworks were fresh, natural, elegant and full of ink flavor.
女，江苏人，毕业于天津美院。在校期间刻苦钻研绘画理论，并多次到祖国各地风光名胜之处写生，尝试理论与实践结合的绘画，尤喜表现田野山乡的自然风光。
画家受时代熏陶，审美观也在不断变化，尝试用新的立场观点去认识和发现自然界的情趣，通过对自然景物的描绘来抒发自己对新时代的感情。大胆汲取西画的优点，融合贯通，与国画中的点、勾、皴、擦等技法有机的结合起来，使作品更有韵味，更有诗意。
她的作品风格清新，自然而不失高雅，笔墨韵味十足。
