Bai Chang Cheng's Biography & Awards:

Bai Chang Cheng, was born in 1975 in Heze, Shandong province. He graduated from Chinese Painting seminar of Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts in 1996. Now he is a member of Shandong Artists Association, Shandong Artistic Education Committee and a famous painter in Caozhou Painting Institute.

After studying painting animals for more than twenty years, he never stops his creations through hardships, and he took part in many national and provincial exhibitions and competitions. Heze TV had covered him about his artistic achievements and many magazines had published his artworks.

In 2004, his artwork was shown on the 1st Artistic Exposition of Chinese Painting in Jinan Convention Center.
In 2006, his artwork "Pairdeer Meeting the Spring" was selected into national artistic exhibition.
In 2007, he was invited to attend “the contemporary young painters excellent works exhibition” in Weifang.
In 2008, his artwork was shown on “the South and North famous colored-ink painters works exhibition” in Shandong Art Gallery.
In 2009, his artwork "A Little Break during the Spring Ploughing" won the excellent prize in the national artistic exhibition.
In 2009, his artwork "Jade Rabbit Running to the Moon" won the third prize in the national artistic exhibition.
In 2009, published "Bai Changcheng’s Animal Paintings Collection".
In 2009, he was appraised as the “TOP10 most appreciable young painters of Shandong” by Shandong Collectors Association.

1975年生于山东菏泽，1996年毕业于浙江省美术学院国画研修班。现为山东省美术家协会会员、山东省美术教育委员会会员、曹州书画院知名画家。

经20年研习动物画，历艰辛而不渝，作品多次参加国家、地区级比赛展览；菏泽电视台曾做过专题报道，多家报刊发表其作品。

2004年，作品在济南会展中心参加“首届中国画艺术博览会”展出；

2006年，作品《双鹿迎春》入选全国美展；

2007年，应邀在山东潍坊参加“当代青年画家精品展”；

2008年，作品在山东美术馆参加“南北彩墨名家作品展”；

2009年，作品《春耕小憩》获全国美展优秀奖；

2009年，作品《玉兔奔月》获全国美展三等奖；

2009年，出版《白长城动物画集》；

2009年，被山东省收藏家协会评为“山东省十佳最具收藏潜力的青年画家”称号。
